Give the guild a home
Build enclosed rooms for rest, work and everyday needs. Their size and furnishings shape how they are used, while floors and decorations contribute to comfort. Settlement zones define where members handle cleaning and firefighting.
Keep food coming in
Gathering and farming provide ingredients for cooking. Farming zones organize seasonal planting and crop care, while crafting orders let cooks maintain a supply of meals. Expand production alongside the number of people you need to feed.
Organize the work
Work priorities guide which jobs members take on. Farming, cooking, construction and hauling all compete for their time, so balance essential needs with new projects. Members still need suitable skills, materials and access to complete their work.
Prepare the guild before it leaves home
Shared supply policies help members carry food, medicine and tools. Before an expedition, check what the party actually has and who will keep the settlement running. A well-supported guild can explore without leaving home short of workers or supplies.
