Settlement zones
Settlement zones publish cleaning and firefighting jobs. Storage zones organize supplies; farming zones automate crops. Navigation zones restrict where assigned units can normally go. A zone does not replace walls or create a room.
Getting started
Open Zone and draw the required area. Resize it as the settlement grows. Include every interior tile that needs cleaning or firefighting. Assign navigation restrictions carefully, keeping beds, food, work and supplies reachable.
Tip
Check zone coverage, activity permissions and priorities when dirt or fire is ignored. Check assigned navigation restrictions and physical access when work stalls. Storage and farming rules still apply inside a settlement zone.
